Orphange

The orphanage system in Sierra Leone is a serious issue stemming from a complex interplay of factors.

We recognize the potential harms of institutionalization and support a movement towards family-based care and reintegration of children with their families or into community settings where possible.

Our organization is working to strengthen families and communities to care for vulnerable children, aiming to reduce the reliance on orphanages as the primary solution.

Collegiate Enhancement Program

Tusajigwe’s Alliance, Inc. was born from a profound observation of the untapped brilliance within higher education globally.  We believe that a student’s potential should never be limited by their geography.

Our Collegiate Enhancement Program is a passionate call to action, designed to bridge the digital divide and forge unbreakable, mutually beneficial bonds between university students in the United States and Sierra Leone.

This isn’t just an exchange; it is a movement to foster self-development, ignite cultural empathy, and revolutionize the educational landscape for the next generation of global leaders.

Healthcare Intervention

The healthcare system in Sierra Leone faces serious and multifaceted challenges, making it one of the most concerning systems in the world.

This fragile healthcare system is in a very serious state, requiring urgent and sustained attention and investment to improve the health and well-being of the population.
